Kevin M. Collopy, one of the principal attorneys of Drake & Collopy, P.C., has dedicated his legal career to representing injury and accident victims of all types. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars in compensation on behalf of clients in workers' compensation cases and personal injury claims. He has concentrated his practice on the representation of workers' compensation and personal injury clients since joining the firm in early 1999.

Kevin was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. He moved to Chicago in 1986 to attend the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he obtained a degree in aerospace engineering in 1990. Subsequently, he worked as a design engineer on a U.S. Navy cruise missile project with General Dynamics in San Diego, California. He returned to Chicago in 1992 and worked as a mechanical engineer while attending law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 1998, and shortly thereafter joined Paul I. Drake in his law practice, Paul I. Drake & Associates, P.C. His technical training and experience have been invaluable throughout his legal career in analyzing the complex legal and technical issues that often accompany workers' compensation cases. Kevin currently resides in the Wicker Park area of Chicago.
