What Are Legal Concierge ServicesSM?
In a nutshell, we'll be there to guide and assist you through the maze of issues you face as a result of your accident and injuries. Following an accidental injury, you are suddenly forced to cope with a dizzying array of challenges and decisions - all coming at a time when you're least capable of handling them. These often include:
- Filing police and accident reports
- Obtaining witness information
- Preserving evidence
- Obtaining and coordinating the necessary medical care
- Dealing with vehicle/property damage estimates and repairs
- Setting up insurance claims
- Obtaining appropriate compensation for property damage and rental car
- Attending traffic court hearings
- Filing health insurance claims
