About Drake & Collopy, P.C.
Drake & Collopy, P.C. was originally founded by Paul I. Drake as Paul I. Drake & Associates, P.C. in 1996. In early 1999, Paul was joined by his friend and colleague Kevin M. Collopy, and since that time they have worked as a team on behalf of injury victims and their families in the Chicago area and throughout Illinois. In 2012, the firm officially became known as Drake & Collopy, P.C.
Since the firm's inception, we have concentrated our practice in all types of personal injury and workers' compensation claims including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, medical and dental malpractice, construction negligence, animal attack, dram shop, and products liability cases. Both Paul Drake and Kevin Collopy have dedicated their careers to standing up for the rights of those innocently injured by the negligence of others.
